About the role
3FM is a signage manufacturing, installation, and design company serving commercial, industrial, and construction clients nationwide. The Production Associate role involves join- ing a fast-paced shop to finish graphics, operate large-format printers, laminators, and other equipment, and support assembly and packaging.
You will ensure quality, organization, and timely project completion. Ideal candidates are detail-focused, dependable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and eager to learn new materials
