Job Title: Craft Instructor
Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students- Create lesson plans and instructional materials- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching strategies- Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and educational trends
Requirements: - At least four years of field experience in Electrical- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students of different abilities- Knowledge of educational technology tools and resources- Flexibility to adapt to changing educational needs We offer competitive pay, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
