Position Overview:
We're looking for organized, solutions-focused individuals to help coordinate the day-to-day details that keep client plans moving smoothly.
As a Remote Travel Operations Manager, you'll support scheduling, reservations, client communication, and operational follow-through. You'll help manage important updates, track changing details, and assist with arrangements involving accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary components.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and solving problems behind the scenes.
Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Your Responsibilities: Manage client requests, confirmations, and follow-up
Coordinate schedules and reservation details
Track changes, deadlines, and outstanding items
Maintain accurate client and planning records
Research options based on individual needs
Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and scheduling
Support changes and special requests
Provide clear updates throughout the planning process
Help ensure arrangements remain accurate and organized
