Location: Multi-Site – Floating between Doral, Pembroke Pines, and Lauderdale Lakes, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time (up to 3 openings)
Mileage Reimbursement: Standard government rate provided for floating travel
About the Role:
We are hiring up to three (3) Data Entry Specialists to manage clinical trial data workflows across our three South Florida research sites. You will be responsible for translating source data into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, resolving data queries, and facilitating our shift from paper records to eSource platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Input clinical trial data accurately from source documents into systems including MediData Rave, REDCap, and propriety eSource systems within required protocol timelines.
System Maintenance: Maintain electronic regulatory binders (E-Reg), clinical trial management systems (CTMS), and eSource portals.
Query Resolution: Collaborate with CRCs and QA staff to quickly address and resolve data management queries raised by study sponsors and CROs.
Multi-Site Operations: Rotate working days across our Doral, Pembroke Pines, and Lauderdale Lakes clinics based on data volume needs.
Schedule & Site Expectations
Work Arrangement:
100% Onsite. Schedule flexibility required (occasional Saturday hours depending on trial deadlines).Dress Code: Site-dependent scrubs (Black Scrubs for Doral/Pembroke Pines; Dark Green Scrubs for Lauderdale Lakes).Qualifications & Preferred Experience
Software Familiarity: Direct experience or strong familiarity with MediData Rave, REDCap, CTMS, or electronic regulatory (E-Reg) platforms.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and speed in data entry with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
Mobility: Reliable personal transport to travel between site locations (mileage reimbursed).
