About the role

Legacy Lifecare is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee the administration of our employee benefits programs. The role focuses on medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other company-sponsored benefits, with responsibility for enrollments, life events, eligibility, and terminations in ADP. You will coordinate annual open enrollment, communicate plan options to employees and managers, and collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
