About the role
Attncapital Account Executive Remote • Full-Time01 THE ROLEAttncapital runs performance advertising campaigns for advertisers through editorial publisher handles, and we are scaling aggressively. The Account Executive owns new advertiser quota, with the majority of pipeline coming from outbound: you'll identify performance-driven brands, open the conversation, run the sale from first touch to signature, and hand off a clean, well-scoped account. This is a high-volume, self-directed role for someone who is accountable to a number, stays consistent in output, and gets better with every round of feedback.02 WHAT YOU WILL OWN– Pipeline generation. Research target advertisers, focusing on performance-driven brands spending on Meta and expanding into TikTok and Google. Run multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone), qualify inbound leads promptly, and hit weekly activity and meeting targets.– Discovery and qualification. Lead discovery calls on acquisition goals, channel mix, CAC/ROAS targets, creative capacity, and budget. Qualify on budget, decision authority, and fit for publisher-handle advertising.– Selling and closing. Present the Attncapital model and its advantage over brand-handle advertising. Build proposals, scope test budgets, negotiate terms, and close against a monthly or quarterly new-revenue quota.– Handoff and early growth. Hand closed accounts to Account Strategy and Ad Ops with full context, and stay engaged through the test phase to help scale spend.– CRM and reporting. Keep accurate CRM records and report on pipeline, conversion, and forecast accuracy.– Market feedback. Relay objections, competitive intel, and vertical trends to leadership.03 WHO YOU ARE– A proven outbound seller. 3-7 years of outbound B2B sales, ideally in a high-volume sales org or agency, building pipeline from cold outbound rather than inbound.– A sharp communicator. Concise, personalized outreach that earns replies from senior marketers, plus comfort with high-volume calling and structured follow-up.– A consultative closer. Skilled at discovery, building a business case and test plan, handling objections on brand control, creative, and attribution, and negotiating without eroding margin.– Fluent in performance marketing. Working knowledge of paid social, especially Meta, with familiarity in TikTok and Google and core metrics. Creator or whitelisted-advertising experience is a plus.– Commercially sharp. You can read an advertiser's business and know when to advance, nurture, or disqualify a deal.– Organized and tool-fluent. Disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, and Google Workspace.– Self-directed and resilient. Accountable to a number, consistent through rejection, and coachable.04 LOGISTICS

Remote.05 HOW WE OPERATE — OUR CORE VALUESOur values are not decorative. They describe how we work, who we hire, and who succeeds here. We expect this role to embody them and to reinforce them in every advertiser relationship. Lead by Example — We set the standard through our own work. We do not ask of others what we are not already doing ourselves, and we earn credibility by delivering. Laser Focus — We concentrate our energy on what matters most. We cut through noise, prioritize ruthlessly, and see the highest-value work through to completion. Step on the Gas — We move with urgency and bias toward action. Speed is a competitive advantage, and we do not wait for perfect conditions to make progress. Total Victory — We play to win outright. We hold ourselves to outcomes, not effort, and we are not satisfied until the result is unmistakable.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
