About the role
Withum's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team seeks a Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Lead Consultant to lead and execute tax due diligence and structuring for private equity and strategic clients across industries. You will work directly with clients, target company management, and engagement leadership, mentor juniors, and help grow the practice.
This hybrid role is based in multiple US offices, including Houston, TX, with 3 days in office per week.
