About the role
Regal Rexnord's Aerospace and Defense division is hiring for 2nd shift grinders in Downers Grove, IL. Set up, adjust and operate CNC or manual grinders on O/D and I/D grinding. Shift runs Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm with a $2/hour premium; training on first shift may be available. You will read blueprints and process sheets, enter data into ERP, inspect parts, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Minimum 6 months experience, high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs; benefits start on day one.
