Invest Services Assc II Corporate - Newton, NC 28658 Provides administrative and client-service support to financial advisors, helping deliver efficient, high-quality service while independently servicing a small portfolio of client relationships.
Qualifications: General Qualifications Required Education/Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent Series 7, Series 63, and North Carolina Life and Health Insurance (NCLAH) licenses, or the ability to obtain them within nine months of hire
Preferred Experience: Three or more years of experience in the securities industry or a related field preferred
Required Skills: Exceptional customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients, financial advisors and staff Strong written and verbal communication skills sufficient to deal with financial advisors, clients and home office personnel Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor to work with clients Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks Strong analytical skills to be able to research account information Mathematical abilities sufficient to process account and transaction information Ability to operate general office equipment (copier, fax, etc.) Strong computer skills including Word and Excel Ability to learn various software packages
