About the role

Role: Principal Scientist leading Separation Sciences within Analytical Enabling Capabilities in Rahway, NJ, supporting drug development across modalities including small molecules, biologics, peptides, and ADCs.

Responsibilities: provide scientific leadership in chromatography and purification workflows (HPLC, SFC, LCMS) support structure-activity and impurity studies develop innovative technologies and workflows mentor staff collaborate cross-functionally with process chemistry, analytical sciences, automation, informatics, and external vendors

Requirements: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of industry experience supporting pharmaceutical R&D expertise in chromatography, purification, and analytical separation techniques experience with multiple modalities, scale-up, and cGMP is preferred HighValue: deep technical expertise in HPLC/SFC support for diverse modalities (small molecules, peptides, ADCs) hands-on experience from microgram to kilogram scale implementation of digital and automation solutions external scientific engagement WorkSetup: on-site in Rahway with 10% travel.
