About the Role:
The Marketing Operations Associate keeps InfrasAI's marketing running. You'll turn plans into campaigns, content, events, and results we can measure. You'll manage the systems, workflows, publishing schedule, campaign execution, and reporting behind our marketing function. One week you might be coordinating the launch of an industry report. The next, you could be preparing for a major insurance conference, running a campaign across several channels, or figuring out how to improve our website attribution. This role is a great fit for someone who loves getting things done and also enjoys improving how they get done. You'll have room to spot gaps, streamline workflows, and build marketing infrastructure that grows with the company.
What You'll Do: Campaign operations
- Build and run campaigns across digital, email, social, website, and other owned channels
- Maintain the marketing calendar and keep campaigns on schedule
- Coordinate campaign assets and dependencies from planning through launch
- Manage campaign setup, tracking, testing, and post-campaign reporting
- Create repeatable workflows for recurring marketing activities Content operations
- Manage publishing for blogs, reports, announcements, social content, videos, and other assets
- Keep an organized library of current marketing materials and brand assets
- Coordinate content timelines so final assets are ready on time
- Maintain website content and support updates
- Manage our organic social publishing schedule Marketing systems & data
- Maintain marketing technology, campaign tracking, contact segmentation, and attribution
- Keep marketing data consistent and well organized
- Build dashboards and recurring reports on campaign and channel performance
- Track website traffic, engagement, audience growth, and other marketing KPIs
- Look for ways to automate repetitive marketing work Events & industry presence
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and other programs
- Manage deadlines for event submissions, sponsorship deliverables, booth materials, and digital assets
- Maintain a calendar of relevant industry events and opportunities
- Make sure the team has what it needs to show up well at events Marketing performance
- Measure performance across channels and campaigns
- Identify which programs are driving meaningful engagement
- Prepare regular performance reporting for leadership
- Use data to recommend changes to channel mix, cadence, and execution
