About the role
Teaching Associate Teaching Associate will teach one or more course sections (typically PSYC 1101 or PSYC 3311 laboratory). This position involves preparing a syllabus and assignments, creating and delivering lessons and class activities, attending class weekly for the duration of the semester, grading assignments, holding weekly office hours, and responding to student communication in a timely manner. For PSYC 3311 laboratory sections, Teaching Associates will also work closely with the full-time faculty members teaching the 3-unit lecture portion of the class to make sure the lecture and lab coincide.
