Line Wirer - Electrical Assembler
Shifts: 1st shift: 6am - 2pm 2nd shift: 2pm - 10pm 3rd shift: 10pm - 6amPosition Description: We are seeking a skilled Line Wirer to join our manufacturing team in producing high-quality chillers for data centers. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels according to schematics, diagrams, and engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical wiring, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble control panels. Perform point-to-point wiring and component installation, including circuit breakers, relays, power supplies, and PLC's. Route and secure wiring neatly to ensure proper function and compliance with safety standards. Conduct quality checks and functional testing of panels before final and resolve wiring or component issues to ensure proper closely with engineers, technicians, and assembly teams to meet production deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols and company standards.
Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, bending, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods. Knowledge of safety regulations, including proper handling of gases and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
