Responsibilities: - Provide therapeutic services, emotional support and possible crisis intervention to individuals with mental health concerns.- Monitor Client progress and develop individualized treatment plans- Utilize various therapeutic techniques to support Clients' progress. - Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions.
Experience: - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.- Valid license or certification as a therapist (LMHC, LMFT or LCSW). - Experience working with individuals with diverse populations.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
