About the role
Engineering Manager — Advanced Manufacturing📍 West Michigan | Greater Muskegon Area A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and oversee technical projects from concept through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers.
Oversee engineering projects, priorities, timelines, and resources.
Provide technical leadership for product development and problem-solving.
Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Drive continuous improvement, quality, cost, and project performance.
Support technical risk management and strategic engineering initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.4+ years of progressive engineering experience.2+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
Manufacturing, automation, machinery, or industrial experience preferred.
Strong technical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.
