Salary: $20/hr Night Shift Production Associate (Wooster, OH)
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM (four 10-hour shifts) Training on 1st shift
Job Summary: The team is seeking individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment involving corrugated materials.
Key Responsibilities: Feed corrugated materials into production machinery accurately and efficiently Continuously lift, position, and feed materials weighing 20-50 lbsinto equipment Perform repetitive bending, lifting, and feeding motions throughout the shift Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise Support continuous operation by responding quickly to production interruptions Work closely with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and productivity Perform quality checks and follow all safety and production procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Complete required documentation accurately
Qualifications & Skills: High mechanical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting ability Strong motivation, sense of urgency, and attention to detail Proven dependability and consistent attendance Ability to work overnight hours consistently Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (20-50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Experience: Prior manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical experience Experience working with corrugated or similar materials is a plus ?? Ready to Apply?
