Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Position DescriptionRegional brokerage / insurance agency looking for an experienced personal lines account manager. They provide a full range of insurance coverage and benefits programs offered by more than 30 national carriers. This is a fully and permanently remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere on the East Coast but must have a New York State Property and Casualty License and be familiar with the down-state New York commercial insurance marketplace.
Responsibilities: Increasing current coverage or adding new coverage to the firm's existing book of business. Marketing new and renewal business Positive consistent interaction with clients and markets Prepare renewal and new business applications & proposals Identify exposure and recommend appropriate solutions Remarket existing business and negotiate with underwriters Provide day to day client service
Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 5 years insurance brokerage experience to be considered for this position Experience servicing personal lines clients and knowledge of personal lines markets Capable of multi-tasking and working multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a team environment Current NYS Property and Casualty license AMS 360 Software knowledge / experience is required
Compensation: Base salary up to $80,000 – commensurate with relevant skill set and experience
