Location: Abilene, TX
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities: Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, managing daily pharmacy operations and team leadership Prepare and supervise sterile and non-sterile compounded medications, ensuring accuracy and safety Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Foster professional growth and development within the pharmacy team Qualifications and Desired Experience: Willingness to obtain multiple state licenses over time Minimum of 1 year pharmacy experience, including compounding skills (sterile and non-sterile) Previous experience as Pharmacist in Charge preferred Strong leadership abilities and commitment to team development Ambition for growth within the role and organization This contract-to-hire position provides a stable work schedule with the potential for long-term career growth in a supportive environment.
