Description: NovaCare Rehabilitation is looking to hire a Physical Therapy Assistant to work onsite at Rothman Orthopaedics! Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient PRN Location: Bensalem, PA Schedule: PRN, Evenings and weekend hours needed Compensation: $33-40/hour based on your experience. Post surgical orthopedic patients. Ages ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. Partnering with The Rothman Institute. Acute Care. We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This role is perfect for a licensed PTA with outpatient experience who values work-life balance. We'll pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that works for you.

Responsibilities: Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act. Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications: College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTEValid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)CPR certification Additional DataIf you're passionate about helping others and value flexibility, apply today!
