We are seeking an Administrative Manager. Located on-site at Portsmouth, VA.
Responsibilities:
Assist with travel, payroll, security, government property inventory control, office supply inventory and Human Resource related personnel actions Manage/maintain personnel records, personnel on-boarding and departing processes, visit requests and correspondence Organize, arrange, and coordinate meetings & all-hands Provide graphics support to include, but not limited to metric charts, program schedules, and organizational charts consistent with MS Office and Project Management software used by PEO Aircraft Carriers Data entry into various web-based applications Develop and maintain command metrics Qualifications: Bachelor's level degree in Business Administration, management, or related field Minimum 5 years professional experience. 10+ years professional experience (Preferred) MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat; DTS; DISS DTS; DCPDS; eDACM; ERP; DISS; TWMS; USA Staffing; USAJobs; WayPoints; SharePoint (Preferred)
Security Clearance: Must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance.
