10Pearls is seeking a hands-on Business Operations Manager to act as the operational engine for pricing governance, contracts, and cross-functional coordination across our U.S. operations. On-site in Tysons Corner four days a week, this role reports to executive leadership and connects finance, legal, sales, and delivery teams to ensure rigor and exceptional client experience.
