In this role, you will travel to customer sites to perform installations and provide on-site support. The ideal candidate brings hands-on installation experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to build trust and maintain client relationships. Attention to detail and dedication to process accuracy are essential, as this position plays a key role in upholding our reputation in the industry. What will you do Diagnose and repair complex issues with office furniture systems, including workstations, seating, and modular installations. Perform repairs, adjustments, and restorations to restore products to proper working conditions. Read and interpret layouts, blueprints, and technical instructions. Provide on-site customer support, ensure a positive service experience, and confirm jobs are completed efficiently and correctly the first time. Interface directly with our clients to resolve issues and provide solutions. Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions or process improvements.
What we are looking for: Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and repair techniques. Professional communication skills and customer-facing experience. Ability to work independently. Someone who takes pride in their workmanship. Valid driver's license (required) and within first 30 days able to obtain your class E license.
