Posting details The Finance practice of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking a midlevel to senior level associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to support the structured finance securitization practice. The successful candidate will have solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience. We would like to hire for the Charlotte, Chicago or New York office. However, the team is very collaborative so we’re open to hiring candidates to work out of other U.S. offices. The salary for this position for the class of 2018 to 2022 is $310,000 to $435,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified below. This position is eligible for the Firm’s annual bonus program.
