What You’ll Do: Sort and classify recyclable materials for correct handling and processing. Help load and unload trucks and containers. Operate basic equipment and tools with strict attention to safety. Maintain an orderly work area and follow all safety protocols. Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production goals. Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately. Participate in training to build your recycling knowledge and skills.
What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Prior experience in a labor-intensive job. Mechanical aptitude and an eagerness to learn. Ability to lift heavy objects and be on your feet throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and safety. Clear communication and teamwork. Consistency and a strong work ethic.
