What We Offer: 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
No weekend or statutory holiday work

Responsibilities: Lead a small crew on gardening and landscape maintenance projects
Perform lawn care, planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance
Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
Provide excellent service to our clients
Qualifications: At least 1 year of landscaping or gardening experience
Strong knowledge of lawn and garden maintenance
Leadership experience or the ability to lead a small crew
Valid driver's license
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
