About the role
- This temporary role will assist the HRIS function in day-to-day operations by processing transactions, completing employee research for inquiries, and troubleshooting basic systems functions.
- Process HR transactions related to employment changes
- Help research records related to employee inquiries
- Respond to support requests related to employee data
- Identify and escalate inquiries to Systems Team colleagues as required
- Assist with employee data monitoring for accuracy through pre-delivered reporting
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

- Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills:
- High School Diploma or 2 years administrative experience
- Experience maintaining employee information within an HRIS application preferred (ADP preferred)
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Suite
