About the role
Senior Manager, Customer Education & Partner EnablementOur Human Capital practice is at the forefront of transforming the way technology companies grow, retain, and activate the ecosystems that power their business. As enterprise software, cloud platforms, and frontier AI products proliferate, the ability to educate customers and enable partners has moved from a supporting function to a strategic growth lever—a force multiplier for technology adoption, net retention, and partner-driven pipeline. We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager to lead the growth and delivery of Deloitte's Customer Education & Partner Enablement (CE&PE) practice within the Human Capital Insights, Innovation & Operate offering. In this role, you will help technology companies—software vendors, cloud providers, platform businesses, and frontier AI companies—design, build, and operate continuous, multi-tenant learning ecosystems that link learning metrics directly to commercial outcomes: product adoption, renewal rates, and pipeline velocity. The CE&PE practice demands a candidate who can move away from static slides-to-certificate models and instead architect modern, outcome-driven learning ecosystems that serve diverse user personas—customers, implementation partners, resellers, and global systems integrators—while scaling efficiently through AI-native content operations and outcome-based commercial structures. This is a client-facing, business-building role spanning the full lifecycle: shaping go-to-market strategy, leading complex sales cycles, architecting CE&PE operating models, and overseeing global program delivery. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in customer education or partner enablement within or directly serving tier-one technology ecosystems, and is energized by the opportunity to build a high-growth practice at a premier global consultancy.Work you'll do As a Senior Manager, Customer Education & Partner Enablement on the Package and Technology Enablement team, you will be responsible for:Define and execute go-to-market strategy for Deloitte's customer education and partner enablement offerings within the technology sector.Lead complex pursuits from opportunity identification through proposal development, executive presentations, and deal close.Design and oversee customer and partner learning ecosystems, including certification programs, credentialing models, and AI-enabled content operations.Build operating models and analytics capabilities that connect learning activity to adoption, renewal, pipeline, and other business outcomes.Lead globally distributed teams across content design, delivery, learning operations, and vendor coordination while maintaining quality, service levels, and performance expectations.A successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to othersQualifications Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. 9+ years of experience leading, designing, or advising on customer education or partner enablement programs within enterprise software, cloud platforms, software as a service, or AI companies. 6+ years of experience designing or operating learning programs for external audiences, including customers, resellers, or implementation partners, across multi-tenant learning environments. 6+ years of experience developing certification or credentialing programs, including content design, assessment development, and program governance. 6+ years of experience leading globally distributed, cross-functional teams across content development, training delivery, learning operations, or vendor management. 3+ years of enterprise business development or sales experience, leading and closing complex consulting, managed services, customer education, partner enablement, learning, or technology engagements. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $171,600 to $338,300. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
