NVE's team of creatives, strategists and producers develop insight-driven ideas rooted in culture to convert consumer attention into commitment, action, and brand loyalty.Summary of Position:As a Graphic Designer at NVE, you will help shape visually compelling brand experiences and campaigns through thoughtful design, strong creative instincts, and a deep understanding of craft and storytelling.This is a mid-level role for designers who are capable of owning and driving design deliverables with guidance while contributing meaningfully to the broader creative process. You'll collaborate closely with designers, creatives, strategists, producers, and clients to develop work that is rooted in culture, strategically grounded, and executed with care and precision.At NVE, Graphic Designers are more than executors — they are trusted creative contributors who help translate ideas into visual systems and experiences that create emotional impact in the real world. As your experience grows, so does your ownership: of your work, your creative point of view, and your contribution to the broader Design Studio.Role Priorities:Design and develop visual assets, systems, and graphic applications across a range of brand experiences and campaignsOwn design deliverables from concept development through production with increasing independence and accountabilityCollaborate with cross-functional creative teams to develop thoughtful, strategically grounded creative workContribute visual thinking and design perspectives during brainstorming sessions, critiques, and collaborative working sessionsTranslate creative concepts into cohesive visual systems across physical and digital touchpointsPresent design work internally and contribute to client presentations with growing confidence and clarity around creative rationaleMaintain high standards of craft, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the design processDevelop a strong understanding of client brands and apply that knowledge consistently across design deliverablesActively explore culture, design trends, emerging technologies, and visual references to help push the work and studio forwardCollaborate with and support more junior designers, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive and creatively ambitious studio culturePrepare and organize production-ready files, collaborating closely with production partners and vendors to help ensure successful executionManage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and solutions-orientedParticipate in onsite installations and live experiences as opportunities arise, developing a deeper understanding of how design decisions translate into real-world executionQualifications:You have a portfolio that demonstrates strong design craft, conceptual thinking, and an understanding of how visual systems come to life across experiences and campaignsYou embody NVE's behaviors — be courageous, be committed, be curious, be catalysts, and be good citizensYou are highly proficient in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite required; familiarity with motion, 3D, and AI-supported workflows is a plus)You actively explore emerging creative technologies and are developing fluency in how tools like AI can enhance and expand the design processYou have strong visual communication skills and can articulate design rationale thoughtfully and clearlyYou are capable of managing your own deliverables and workstreams while collaborating effectively within larger creative teamsYou bring a strong point of view and creative curiosity while remaining collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedbackYou care deeply about craft, culture, storytelling, and the details that elevate great design workYou are a lifelong student of creativity and design — and it showsYou have 3–5 years of experience working as a professional designerRequirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time.Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. The ideal candidate is located in either of our hub locations. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related eligibility verification is required for this role. In certain states, NVE participates in the E-Verify program in accordance with local regulations.
