Job Responsibilities: Process insurance certificates / policy requests - Commercial Insurance lines Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies Data management Data entry Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques Ability to work required schedule (Hour Unpaid Lunch) daily. Required skills and experience that will lead to success: Prior experience in the commercial insurance industry will be helpful and considered first. Interpreting client requirements and documents. Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Aon systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate well with clients, expert professionalism skills required. Data Entry experience and attention to detail, with exceptional accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills required). Ability to pivot between multiple applications. Data management experience.
Education: College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED with Equivalent Experience
