About the role
Company Description:
RE/MAX Executive is one of the largest REMAX franchise operators in the country, with more than 25 offices across North and South Carolina and a team of approximately 500 agents and staff. We support our offices and agents with marketing, technology, training, operational resources, and local leadership while maintaining the flexibility and entrepreneurial culture that real estate professionals value. As part of the REMAX network, our focus is on helping agents grow their businesses, serve their clients well, and stay competitive in a changing market. Our team works across multiple markets throughout the Carolinas, creating a collaborative environment with the resources of a large organization and the local feel of individual offices.
Role Description:
We’re looking for someone who can balance creativity with execution—someone who can design a polished template one minute, capture video at an event the next, and get timely content posted while the moment still feels relevant. The right person will bring strong visual instincts, social media experience, good communication skills, and a practical, get-it-done approach. Travel of up to 15% may be required.
What You’ll Do:
Social Media & Content Help develop and execute the company’s social media strategy across key platforms. Create graphics, short-form video, photography, captions, and other digital content. Identify opportunities for timely and relevant content rather than waiting for assignments. Capture content at company events, meetings, and office activities. Work with leadership and team members to create simple, authentic photo and video content. Manage scheduling, publishing, analytics, and advertising through Meta Business Suite. Review performance and use insights to improve future content. Marketing Materials & Templates Create graphics, flyers, presentations, email content, and other marketing materials. Develop and maintain branded templates and resources for use across the company. Assist agents and offices with marketing templates and basic brand support. Ensure materials follow company branding, tone, and compliance guidelines. Events & Promotions Support the planning and promotion of company events and initiatives. Create pre-event, live, and post-event social media content. Help capture photography and video during events. Assist with virtual and hybrid events, including Zoom or similar platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to manage projects from idea through execution. Strong eye for design and visual presentation. Experience creating social media content, including graphics, photography, and video. Good understanding of branding, tone, and visual consistency. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a larger team. Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented. Understanding of social media best practices and content strategy. Canva experience required; Adobe Creative Cloud or similar experience is a plus. Meta Business Suite experience required. Zoom or similar virtual meeting/broadcast platform experience required.
Qualifications:
Experience creating polished graphics, marketing materials, and short-form video content. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or video editing tools such as Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Cap Cut, or similar platforms. Experience managing social media campaigns, advertising, and audience targeting across major platforms. Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, brand-aligned content. Experience planning and executing content across social media, digital marketing, events, and company initiatives. Comfortable using analytics and performance insights to improve content and campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with agents and leadership, and work within established brand and compliance guidelines. Experience in real estate, professional services, or another client-focused industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
