We’re looking for a surgeon who: Converts consultations into procedures at a high level Moves with urgency and efficiency in both clinic and ORI confident in both surgical and non-surgical revenue streams Takes ownership of outcomes, patients, and growth Wants to scale - not just maintain Scope of PracticeCosmetic and plastic surgical procedures Injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments Patient consultations and treatment planning Pre-op and post-op management Collaboration with the clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency QualificationsMD or DO Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency Active Florida medical license Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred Experience 2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferred ASC experience preferred Who This Role is ForSurgeons frustrated with low case volume Surgeons capped in income at traditional practices Surgeons who want to build something bigger without starting from scratch Next StepIf you’re serious about increasing your surgical volume, income, and long-term upside - this is the platform.
