Role Description: The Timeshare Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients to schedule consultations with timeshare specialists and advisors. This full-time, on-site role in Phoenix, AZ involves making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and accurately updating appointment details in scheduling and CRM systems. The role includes following call scripts and guidelines, explaining basic service offerings, and ensuring appointments are booked efficiently and in alignment with daily and weekly targets. The Timeshare Appointment Setter collaborates closely with sales and customer service teams, helps maintain organized call lists, and provides clear, professional communication to support a positive client experience. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to compliance and privacy standards are expected in this position.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to manage calendars and coordinate consultations efficiently. Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and follow up with prospective timeshare owners. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct clear, professional phone conversations and convey information accurately. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle questions, address concerns, and maintain a respectful, client-focused approach. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in call centers, sales support, or appointment-setting roles, especially in financial or legal services. Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM or scheduling software, ability to meet performance targets, and comfort with high-volume calling. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; bilingual abilities and knowledge of timeshare or real estate industries are a plus.
