This salaried position includes benefits and is a great opportunity for someone who can confidently handle incoming calls, create a welcoming and positive office atmosphere, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a dependable work ethic, and a friendly, upbeat personality who wants to be part of an amazing team and growing company.Qualifications• Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in handling multiple calls and inquiries effectively• Experience in Receptionist Duties, including maintaining an organized front desk and welcoming guests professionally• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, with the ability to handle tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and basic computer usage• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address inquiries and interact with a diverse group of people• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
