Overview: Lead paid media partnerships, sponsorships, and custom content programs for a consumer beauty and personal care brand.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and activate strategic media partnerships across publishers, platforms, creators, and emerging channels. Manage programs from concept and negotiation through execution, reporting, and optimization. Align partnership concepts with campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external media partners. Track performance and translate results into actionable recommendations. Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.
Qualifications: Experience with direct media partnerships, custom content, sponsorships, or integrated media programs. Strong understanding of the paid media ecosystem, digital platforms, publishers, and audience trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and relationship-building skills. Strong creative judgment, business acumen, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
