Siemens Mobility is seeking an on-site People & Organization (HR) People Partner for our Dallas Fort Worth Alliance plant. You will partner with manufacturing leadership to drive people-focused strategies in a fast-paced production environment, translating business goals into practical HR initiatives. As a trusted contact for employees and leaders, you will handle sensitive issues, ensure compliance, and collaborate across HR domains to support safety, engagement and performance.
