About the role
Build a career that rewards the impact you create. You want to change lives. You also want to earn well, grow professionally, and build something you can be proud of. At T3 Body, those ambitions belong together. We are looking for a skilled coach with initiative, competitive drive, and high personal standards. Someone who earns trust, leads with conviction, and takes ownership of helping clients follow through and achieve lasting results. If you are motivated by meaningful impact, measurable performance, and the opportunity to increase your income through excellent coaching, this role was built with you in mind. The earning opportunity Your compensation combines an ongoing base with opportunities to earn more through client renewals and performance bonuses.· Base compensation throughout your coaching tenure, commensurate with the role and agreed compensation structure.· Commissions on all of your client renewals. You do not handle the initial sale. Your opportunity begins with delivering an excellent experience, helping clients get results, and earning their continued business.· Client roster tier bonuses, including opportunities associated with serving more than 50 clients, subject to the applicable compensation plan.· A quarterly performance bonus tied to both your average client renewal percentage and your average renewal revenue, subject to eligibility requirements. As you build and retain your book of clients, you can create repeat earning opportunities through relationships you have already developed. Strong retention allows you to keep building on that work rather than relying exclusively on a fresh roster of new clients. We want coaches who are comfortable wanting to earn more and willing to improve their performance to make that happen. Compensation grows through the value you deliver and the clients who choose to continue working with you. Renewal commissions and bonuses depend on actual performance and the applicable compensation terms. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
