About the role
- Diagnose and repair well systems, including pumps, pressure tanks, and piping
- Perform preventive maintenance and replace worn components
- Install new systems for homes, farms, and businesses
- Test water quality and recommend treatment solutions
- Interact with customers and explain solutions clearly
- Maintain and restock the work truck with necessary tools and parts
- Travel within a 90-minute radius of Denver, PAWork 45-50 hours per week with on-call rotation every 4-5 weekends
- We're Looking ForGeneral Labor Experience: At least 1 year (construction, landscaping, or maintenance) – plumbing/electrical is a plus
- Teachable & Driven: Eager to learn and follow directions
- Detail-Oriented: Keeps work areas clean and organized
- Dependable & Trustworthy: Provides honest repair assessments
- Great Communicator: Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers
- Physically Capable: Able to lift 75 lbs., kneel, and work in various weather conditions
- Tech-Savvy: Uses mobile apps and tools for job tracking
- $20-25/hour (based on experience)
