About the role

Physical Therapy Specialists Clinic is seeking a Missouri-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. We have served southern Missouri for more than 35 years and are now a 100% employee-owned company. Through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), eligible employees receive company-funded ownership shares at no cost to them.
What you'll do: Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Follow established plans of care and treatment goals Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT Educate and encourage patients throughout their recovery Complete accurate, timely treatment documentation Collaborate with therapists and other members of the clinical team
What we offer: $35.00-$40.00 per hour for hourly positions; per-visit terms can be discussed separately Full-time, part-time, and part-time per-visit options Monday through Friday schedule, with no weekends and an option for early close on Fridays Benefits for eligible employees, including health, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) with company matching; and ESOP participation License reimbursement and continuing education opportunities A locally managed clinic where you can build lasting relationships with patient Applicants must hold a current Missouri Physical Therapist Assistant license or be eligible to obtain one.
