Description: Job Title 2nd Shift Job Location Chicago, IL 60608 Job Shift 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Pay Rate $17.05 per hour Job Type Temp to Hire Benefits Medical, PTO, Holiday Pay, Total Staffing benefits are offered during your contract period.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform all tasks involved in the production dept. (cutting meat, cleaning or inspecting product)
  • Notify a line lead, supervisor, management of any mechanical or foreign product concerns
  • Maintain a safe work atmosphere
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required
  • To maintain a safe and productive work environment
Special Requirements:
  • Prolong standing walking
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to adhere the Attendance Policy
  • Ability to work 5 and 6 days a week
  • Bending, twisting
  • Able to communicate well with others
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to carry and/or lift minimum weigh requirement
  • Work Environment for our Production Workers:
  • Primary work site: 100% inside
  • Temperature factors: < 40 degrees, high humidity
  • Noise factor: Continual
  • Hazards: Inert hazards of working on the production floor
  • Working surface: Flat/Hard, wet, quarry tile, stairs; uneven; cement, mats, step stool
  • Interaction with co-workers: Individual, Line-leads, Supervisors, and Management
  • Dress code: Slip resistant shoes required Warm wear-you will be getting dirty No ripped jeans, sweat pants or gym shoes allowed
