About the role

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to lead the design, build, and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet and Care Coordination solutions. You will mentor junior analysts and partner with clinical and operational leadership to translate program strategy into scalable Epic configurations. In this full-time role, you will shape workflows for population health, care management, and transitions of care, while ensuring timely data exchange across care settings and accurate reporting.
