About the role
- The Data Analyst role will work closely with the Data Science team, Ancillary team, Office managers and other stakeholders to support operational reporting and analysis needs
- Publish and/or present meaningful reports, updates and recommendations that will drive operational decision-making to stake holders
- Collaborate with the ancillary team to comprehend reporting requirements and devise strategies to fulfill any unmet needs
- Acting as a liaison between ancillary department and data science team within the enterprise to ensure and maintain data precision
- Create concise documentation to detail strategic solutions and analyses
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration or related quantitative field 2-3 Years experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, operations analytics or related analytical role
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, showcasing strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work with complex data with strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in Healthcare industries
- Experience in Tableau or PowerBIExperience in SQL, Python/R or similar programming language
- Familiarity with healthcare data
