Full-Time We are looking for a Sheet Metal Shop Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position working in our shop assisting with the fabrication and preparation of sheet metal products. MUST BE ABLE TO READ A TAPE MEASURE!
Responsibilities:
Assist with cutting, bending, forming, and assembling sheet metal Load and unload materials/trucks Operate basic shop tools and equipment Measure and mark materials accurately Assist sheet metal fabricators with daily projects Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe Follow safety procedures and company instructions Perform other general shop duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous sheet metal, fabrication, construction, forklift experience and/or shop experience is a plus Ability to use basic hand and power tools Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical labor in hot and cold Ability to lift and move materials Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn Good attendance and a positive attitude No experience required—we are willing to train the right person We Offer Competitive pay Full-time hours Opportunity for advancement On-the-job training[Dental/Vision][401(k)][Paid time off/holidays]Hiring in person at 1360 Foster Ave Nashville. Located about 10 minutes south of downtown Nashville, we began operations just shy of 7 years ago and have grown rapidly, with many more years of growth to come.
