About the role

Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist to maintain the property's grounds, common areas, and amenities, and to support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general maintenance and repairs. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of general labor experience, a high school diploma, and a preferred Certified Pool Operator (CPO) credential.
