About the role

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting a hospitality-focused Dining Room Lead Server to join our culinary team. This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within our community and supports the Dining Room Manager. You will supervise dining room appearance, coordinate seating, train staff, manage meal counts and POS operations, and promote an inviting dining atmosphere for residents and guests. Full-time position with competitive $17.00 per hour wages.
