The Senior Associate, Technologist plays a critical role in supporting the organization's Learning & Development (L&D) strategy by leveraging Workday functionality. This position partners closely with the broader HRIS team, Organizational Learning partners, and L&D design and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of L&D priorities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HRIS Systems, preferably Workday’s learning modules and reporting capabilities, helping to drive efficient processes and improve user experience. You will serve as a key partner in the design & delivery process, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide training programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with HRIS and L&D teams to implement and optimize Workday Learning functionalities in alignment with business goals. Maintain and troubleshoot Workday Learning workflows, ensuring smooth system operation and user accessibility. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor learning program effectiveness and compliance. Support learning program implementation, including content uploads, course assignments, and data integrity checks. Partner with Organizational Learning teams to assess system capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve user experience. Provide technical support for Workday Learning, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system updates. Ability to work with internal and external auditors to run compliance reports and provide requested training records. Support Enterprise Learning and Development Programs, including Train the Trainer, New Hire Orientation & Enterprise Program Administration. Stay up to date with Workday system updates and industry best practices to recommend process improvements.
