Led by the Pérez family and a team of the industry's top veterans, Related continues to push the industry bar higher, delivering innovative residential communities that positively transform cities, forge new trails and improve quality of life across all demographics.Job Description:The Related Group has an immediate opening for an Assistant Construction Manager for the Icon Hollywood Project.Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:Maintain and update a current CPM schedule at the jobsite at the Project Manager's directionMaintain orderly documentation of all field purchasesCoordinate subcontractors' work schedules at the Project Superintendent's directionSchedule equipment and materials at the Project Superintendent's directionEnsure timeliness of all submittals and shop drawingsMaintain and submit accurate, timely reports and forms as required by the Corporate and specific to the projectAccurately and continuously update the master drawing setAnalyze construction documents and drawings, and forecast any possible field problems; recognize discrepancies between construction documents and field conditions; communicate interpreted information to the Architect , Project Superintendent and Project ManagerReview submittals and shop drawings for compliance with contract documentsWrite RFI's as directed by the Project SuperintendentParticipate in all meetings on-site including pre-trade, subcontractor and OAC meetingsRequirements:Assistant PM level - around 5+ years experience in construction.Experience on the General Contractor side is preferred.Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and reading/understanding plans.Experience in Procore, Microsoft Projects, and CAD is a plus, but not required.BilingualBenefits as a Related Employee:Base Salary and Performance bonusMedical, dental, vision, legal services, flexible spending account.Employer Match Commuter Benefits.The benefits package includes 100 percent employer-paid life and disability insurance.Employer Matching 401k.Upward MobilityEmployee Engagement and Wellness programs.Company-paid Vacation, Sick, Personal, and Holiday Time.Opportunities for Professional Development and Tuition Reimbursement.The Related Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
