We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative to add to our growing independent insurance agency. This role is focused on outbound sales activity, including calling prospects, sending follow-up emails, and learning our sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, dependable, comfortable on the phone, and interested in sales, insurance, and a long-term career path. Leads and lists are provided. We do not expect you to sell to your family or bring your personal network.
Responsibilities include:
  • Making outbound calls to prospects
  • Meeting monthly sales quotas
  • Sending outbound emails and follow-ups
  • Participating in training
  • Tracking activity and follow-up notes
  • Helping with other sales-related tasks as needed
Ideal candidate:
  • Comfortable making phone calls
  • Friendly, professional, and reliable
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Organized and able to follow a process
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
