Job Description: Skillbridge Academy is seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. In this role, you will create a positive first impression while ensuring the front office operates efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain organized calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry. Coordinate office supplies and support daily office operations. Ensure a positive experience for all guests and clients.
