About the role

We're recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist with a growing, venture-backed biotech manufacturer. You'd run your own high-volume AP workload (PO and non-PO, fully electronic) and play a hands-on role as the company consolidates multiple divisions onto Net Suite and Zip Procurement. This is a build-phase seat with real ownership, not a maintenance role. Base is $30-$36/hr plus overtime, with full benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 6% employer match, tuition reimbursement, and 21+ days of PTO plus 10 holidays. Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Everett, WA. Also open to candidates based near the company's LA and Bay Area offices, with the same 3-day onsite schedule.
Compensation: $30-$36/hr, with flexibility based on location and experience.
