Position Summary:
The Sales Executive position is responsible for managing assigned territory. Key responsibilitiesinclude overseeing and maintaining the relationship with the account to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance, and informing strategic decisions. Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any concerns is also a crucial part of the job. Key elements of the role: Customer Satisfaction: managing the relationship with the customer in a manner that preventsattrition. Propose chemical and/or digital solutions to lower customers costs, identifying processchanges and assisting customer with implementation, optimizing applications or processvariables/controls. Documented and signed ROBI for all current application and future projects foreach account. Commercializing new applications, increasing volumes of existing applications to improvecustomer performance, working with sales manager to identify target applications Reporting/Service: Servicing the account in a manner that keeps the customerhappy.
